The Fox Lake Fire Protection District takes the practice of installing child safety seats very seriously. Several members on the department have undergone a forty hour training course on how to properly install a child seat; they are also very well versed in demonstrating and instructing parents/guardians on how to properly install child safety seats. There are members on each shift who are certified and more than happy to assist anyone with the installation of a child safety seat.
